How do I Import and Export my Blackboard Course?
Export: At your course control area, select "Export Course" under Course Options. At the "Export Course" page, check the box next to each content area that you would like to export and then click the submit button. It may take moments to get you to the next page depending on how much content you have in your course that you would like to export. After Blackboard is done with packaging your course content, it will send you to the next page. Following the on-screen instruction to download the file which is packaged as a zip file. For Mac users, please hold the control key before you click the download link to get the pull-down as shown in the picture. Select Save Link As.
Import: At your course control area, select "Import Package" under Course Options. At the "Import Package" page, click the Browse button to locate the packaged file that you have saved from "Export Course". Then check the box next to each content area that you would like to import and click the submit button. It may take moments to get you to the next page depending on how much content that you would like to import.
